Michelle Anderson has more than 30 years of HR experience. She is a long-standing member of the Society of Human Resource Management and has conducted seminars in employee relations, HR functions and conducted workplace harassment investigations for both the nonprofit and public sector. She taught human resources and management courses at The University of Akron in the College of Business Administration.
