Duties:
Staff
Nurse
responsibilities
include
medication
administration,
assessments
and
documentation.
Qualifications
Education/Training:
LPN
currently
licensed
in
the
state
of
Ohio
and
valid
Ohio
driver's
license.
Experience:
Previous
experience
with
peole
with
disabilities
preferred.
Must
have
good
judgment
and
critical
thinking
skills.
Other
Requirements:
CPR
Certification.
