Vacation
Employees hired after
January 1, 1999, who work 40 hours per week
and part-time employees who transfer to
40 hours per week, are eligible for up to
a maximum of 80 hours of paid vacation after
one year of continuous employment. Employees
who work a minimum of 32 hours per week
are entitled to up to 64 hours of paid vacation
after the first year.
Full-time employees will
receive up to an additional eight hours
of vacation each subsequent year through
four years of employment.
Employees with five years
of employment will be eligible for a maximum
of 120 hours of paid vacation.
Employees with 10 years
of employment will be eligible for a maximum
of 160 hours of paid vacation.
Sick Leave
Paid sick leave will begin
to accumulate upon hiring. Employees working
full-time (40 hours/week) are provided with
four hours of sick leave pay for every 173
hours worked (six days per year). Sick time
is pro-rated for part-time employees.
Matched Retirement Savings Plan
Contributions can begin
at time of benefit eligibility. Hattie Larlham
matches 25 cents for every $1 invested up
to six percent after one year of continuous
employment.
