Hattie's Café & Gifts is able to ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and days of observance. All orders must be placed by noon in order to meet the shipping requirements for a typical business day. Hattie's Café & Gifts does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A street address is required for all orders. Customer service is available during café business hours.

Quality customer service is something the organizations of Hattie Larlham have stood for and we want make sure our high standards are maintained. In the event that your package is damaged, lost or returned we will refund the cost of the basket/gift (less any shipping fees).
