Dotty Grexa
Vice President, Vocational and Enterprise Services
Dotty Grexa, vice president, vocational and enterprise services, joined the Hattie Larlham executive team in Oct. 2007. Prior to her promotion, Grexa served as a Hattie Larlham consultant, where she developed and implemented the Hattie’s Café & Gifts retail gift shop.
As vice president, vocational and enterprise services, Grexa is responsible for taking new business ventures and concepts and bringing them to reality. She oversees Hattie’s Café & Gifts, Hattie's Doggie Day Care & Boarding, Hattie's Garden and Hattie's Vending.
Grexa has more than 25 years of retail and managerial experience. She previously held a vice president position at a national fabric and craft retailer, where she oversaw the direction of $1 billion in product lines.
Grexa was awarded a YWCA Woman of Achievement award in 2005. She served as president of the Home Sewing Association and has served on the Advisory Board of the American Sewing Guild as well as the ACCI board of directors.
