Marc Rubinstein has served as vice president, finance/chief financial officer since 1991. He is responsible for coordinating and supervising financial operations for all Hattie Larlham agencies' budgeting, cost reporting, agency annual and long-term planning.
Rubinstein has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
