As a nonprofit, the variety of services we perform is diverse and our job opportunities reflect that. Therapists, nurses, job coaches, kitchen workers, grant writers and housekeepers are just some of the many types of job positions we require.

At minimum, anyone interested in working in one of our jobs at Hattie Larlham must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license or state ID and be able to lift 60 lbs. For the safety of residents and staff members, any potential employee must also take a two-step TB test and participate in a drug screening and criminal background check.
