Employee Relations Courses

Workplace Harassment Avoidance

Information provided on policy, prevention, approach, documentation and management’s responsibility in the areas of workplace harassment and bullying. Length: four-hour session.

Difficult Employee Situations

A two-part session offering frontline supervisors and managers insight on interactions with different employee behavioral types. The program offers approaches in managing the most difficult and uncomfortable situations. Length: two- to six-hour session.

Leadership Expectations

For frontline and veteran managers, this course offers insight on development of leadership skills and building on leadership traits. Length: four-hour session.

The Five Cs

Communication, Conversation, Coaching, Counseling and Corrective Action: For first-time supervisors or the veteran manager, this course focuses on how to appropriately discuss and document performance issues. Length: four-hour session.
