Michelle
Anderson
Chief Operations Officer
Michelle Anderson, chief
operations officer, has a long history with
Hattie Larlham. Before taking the position
of director of human resources in 1998,
Michelle served as a human resources consultant
for the organization for eight years.
In Michelle’s current
position as chief operating officer, she
oversees the quality improvement department,
the MUI investigative agent and medical
records. Michelle also is responsible for
human resources duties including developing
policies, implementing the employee relations
program, wage and salary administration
and benefit packages.
Michelle earned a bachelor’s
degree in sociology and a master’s
degree in public administration from the
University of Akron. She is a member of
the Society of Human Resource Management
and has served on various committees including
the Summit County American Red Cross and
YWCA of Akron. |
