Julie Lowe
Program Director of Early Intervention and Recreational Services
Julie Lowe joined Hattie Larlham in 2009 as the program director for the autism preschool. In 2010, she was promoted to program director of early intervention and recreational services.
As program director of early intervention and recreational services, Julie has administrative responsibility for the autism preschool and provides leadership to the program staff. Julie supervises The Play Center, recreation and camp departments. She is responsible for a variety of activities, camps and special events for both children with disabilities in the community as well as those who reside at Hattie Larlham. Julie also oversees the maintenance and general operations of The Play Center and Toy Tech Lending Library.
Julie’s goal is to develop and expand the type of programming available to children and young adults with a range of special needs and disabilities.
In 2006, Julie received her bachelor’s degree in family and child development from the University of Akron.
