Marc Rubinstein has served as Chief Financial
Officer since 1991. He is responsible for
coordinating and supervising financial operations
for all Hattie Larlham agencies' budgeting,
cost reporting, agency annual and long-term
planning.
Mr. Rubinstein has a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Accounting from Cleveland
State University and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Ohio Society of Certified Public
