  • On-site fitness center at the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities.
  • Health Insurance choose between five options. Hattie Larlham offers a Wellness rate to reduce the cost of the monthly payroll deduction.

  • All employees hired on or after January 1, 2019 and hired to work 24 – 40 hours per week at Hattie Larlham/Add will receive our new Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit and will participate in the existing Hattie Larlham vacation and sick leave or the Add PTO plan. In addition, all employees hired on or after January 1, 2019 and hired to work 36 – 40 hours per week will also be eligible for a new employer-paid. Short-Term Disability (STD) benefit. The new STD plan will be available to assist this group of employees by providing a percentage of their regular wage (income) during a qualifying leave of up to 12 weeks. Effective in July 2019, all eligible Hattie Larlham/Add employees hired prior to January 1, 2019 will move from their current paid time off benefit (vacation, sick, Add-PTO) to the new PTO/STD benefit.
  • Sick Leave - Paid sick leave begins to accumulate upon hire. Employees working full-time (40 hours per week) will accrue up to 6 days per year.

Wellness Programs

Hattie Larlham has a comprehensive employee wellness program. Hattie Larlham hosts an annual wellness fair where employees can choose to participate in health care screenings, including blood pressure and cholesterol tests. Hattie Larlham employees can also elect to participate in free, on-site mammograms each year.
