As part of our annual year-end celebration, Hattie Larlham is proud to recognize many outstanding employees whose exemplary leadership, positive attitudes, and commitment to our mission in 2021 earned them honors in three award categories: Manager of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and STAR Employee of the Year.

The Manager of the Year award is designed to recognize the leaders who go above and beyond to support their teams and deliver the best possible care and service to the people they serve. These award recipients are compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable and use those skills in their exemplary daily leadership.
