MANTUA, OH – Hattie Larlham CEO Stephen Colecchi announced the appointment of Shannan Ritchie as the Vice President of Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer for Hattie Larlham. In his role, Shannan will lead the creation and execution of the organization’s strategic plan and will also provide support in creating new business partnerships and identifying additional revenue sources. He officially assumed his role on February 27, 2023.

Ritchie as Hattie Larlham’s new Vice President of Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer,” said Colecchi in making the announcement. “He has an extensive background in operations, business development and strategic planning at several hospitals and health systems, including St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio Health, Cleveland Clinic and Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna now known as UH Portage Medical Center. I look forward to collaborating with Shannan to help position Hattie Larlham for continued success and growth in the future.”

A resident of Westerville, Ohio, Shannan holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Ohio University. Shannan begins his new role with an extensive knowledge of Hattie Larlham programs and services because of his previous service as a member of the Hattie Larlham Board of Directors since June 2020.
