Hattie Larlham Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Colecchi was appointed to the Ohio Provider's Resource Association (OPRA) Board of Directors this January. He was elected to serve on the Board for three years by OPRA Members in District 5 which represents Ashland, Columbiana, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Wayne counties.
