Hattie Larlham Appoints Akron Children’s Vice President to Board of Directors
MANTUA, OH – Hattie Larlham CEO Stephen Colecchi announced the appointment of Tina Sanzone to the Hattie Larlham Board of Directors, which provides governance and oversight to Hattie Larlham. Ms. Sanzone was officially appointed on June 10, 2024.
“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Tina Sanzone as our newest board member,” said Colecchi in making the announcement. “She brings over 27 years of diverse health care experience and organizational knowledge to the board. We are thrilled to work together with Tina to continue to provide the highest-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.” Tina began her career at Akron Children’s as a staff nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit in 1998. Throughout her career at the organization, she has held multiple positions including operations manager and administrative director in many of Akron Children’s specialty practices including ENT, Cardiology, The Vision Center, Dental, Anesthesia, Pediatric Surgery, and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Vice President of Patient Access and Navigation at Akron Children’s, Tina is focused on creating a seamless, patient-focused experience that translates across the entire Akron Children’s enterprise. “I am honored and privileged to join the Hattie Larlham family,” says Sanzone. “I have long admired the organization’s commitment to providing compassionate care and innovative programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
