MANTUA, OH – Hattie Larlham CEO Stephen Colecchi announced the appointment of Sara Steines Newstead to the Hattie Larlham Board of Directors, which provides governance and oversight to Hattie Larlham. Ms. Newstead was officially appointed on October 1, 2026.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Steines Newstead as our newest board member,” said Colecchi in making the announcement. “She brings over 20 years of experience in health policy, change management, and health systems administration to the board. We are excited to work together with Sara to continue to provide the highest-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.” Before co-founding Genesis Health Consulting, Ms. Newstead co-founded and led one of the nation's first pediatric health innovation programs, supporting the development and implementation of novel care delivery models and garnering national recognition for its innovative approach to pediatric health.
