Our employees take pride in the work that they do, and we're grateful to each and every staff member for sharing their passion and talents with Hattie Larlham in support of our mission.
What our employees are saying:
"I have a great team at the Group Homes. We have a lot of autonomy and everyone works to provide the right environment for our adults. My favorite part of my job – next to getting to know all our residents - is mentoring my staff and seeing them grow professionally.”
Okey Ekechi, Manager of Hattie Larlham Group Homes and 2018 Ohio Manager of the Year
"I really enjoy many of the individuals we serve and being around them. When they smile, laugh, or blow me a kiss, it makes it all worthwhile."
Paula Rosenlieb, L.P.N., ICF Group Homes
