Hattie Larlham Postpones Annual Golf Outing, Announces New Date
Due to public gathering restrictions and other mandated protocols that have been issued in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hattie Larlham leadership and the Sugar Bush Golf Classic Committee have decided to postpone the 2020 Sugar Bush Golf Classic, presented by The Middlefield Banking Company. The new date for the event has been set for Monday, August 17.
Hattie Larlham extends sincere thanks to the Koval Family at the Sugar Bush Golf Club for their flexibility in rescheduling this event, and to the event sponsors and participants for their understanding.
Since its inception in 1986, the Sugar Bush Golf Classic has raised over $1 Million to benefit the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities. Proceeds from the Sugar Bush Golf Classic have supported many projects and programs over the years, including facility renovations, the Toy Tech Library, the sensory walk and playground, an education center, the pediatric ventilator program and Hattie’s Creative Arts.
The Sugar Bush Golf Classic is a shotgun-style tournament featuring morning and afternoon tee times for four-person teams. The event also includes hole-in-one, longest drive and closest-to-the-pin contests. Sponsorship and registration for the outing are available on the Hattie Larlham website: www.hattielarlham.org.
In addition to sponsorship and event tickets, raffle tickets are another great way to support this event. Tickets are available for purchase online and offer a chance to win one of three high-value prizes, including a $1,500 cash grand prize! Tickets are $10 each and 3 for $25. The prize drawing will be held at 7:00pm on Monday, August 17; winners need not be present to win. The golf classic raffle is generously sponsored by the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2436 in Chagrin Falls.
