Find out how partnering with Hattie Larlham can help make your workplace more inclusive, successful, and connected within the community.
Partner With Us
Hattie Larlham encourages employers throughout Northeast and Central Ohio to contact us and learn more about how to make your workforce more inclusive. We partner with businesses and organizations to provide community-based assessments, contract services, discovery opportunities and on-the-job training. If you’re interested in learning more about the partnership opportunities listed below, or how your company can get involved, let’s talk.
Community-Based Assessments
This is a short-term opportunity for a job seeker with disabilities to explore a job they are interested in learning. The participant will be accompanied by a member of our team who will complete the assessment in the form of a 40-hour “test drive” to see if the opportunity is a good fit for the employee and your company.
Staffing Services
Our staffing services, also known as integrated lines, are a great option if you’re seeking a hard-working team who is ready and able to meet your manufacturing needs and goals. Integrated lines are not only beneficial to our employees, but also to business owners, as contracted work training sites result in cost-savings for your company.

Discovery
Your company can be part of someone’s journey to employment from the very beginning. This experience is a one –time job trial for a 1-2 hours that matches the participant’s interest. In this phase, participants are accompanied by a member of our team to engage in a job tryout where they partake in specific job tasks and settings identified throughout the discovery process. If your business is interested in being part of someone’s employment journey, give us a call at 234-706-3708.
